How early should I place my order to ensure delivery on Mother's Day?
To ensure timely delivery and secure availability, it's best to place your order as early as possible. The cut-off date for Mother's Day early reservation promo is on May 8, 2024, or until slots are filled.
Can I customize my flower arrangement or bouquet for my Valentine?
We apologize, but we do not offer customizations for flower arrangements or bouquets on that day. However, we have specially curated a collection featuring a wide variety of flowers and styles for you to choose from. We're confident you'll find the perfect arrangement to celebrate your Mom this Mother's Day!
Can Elvy's floral design do Mother's day flower same day delivery?
Yes, Elvy's Floral Design is thrilled to offer Mother's Day flower same-day delivery services! However, please note that this service is available only in Metro Manila areas, Cavite areas, and select spots in Laguna, Bulacan, and Pampanga.
Can I pick up my order(s) at your shop?
Certainly! You can pick up your order(s) at our shop located at 1416 Craig Street, corner Maria Clara Street, Sampaloc Manila. Present the Claim Stub # provided upon order confirmation.
Can I add additional gifts to my Valentine's Day order?
During this busy period, adding extra gifts is temporarily unavailable. However, as a special treat, we include complimentary Valentine's Day-themed sweets to go along with your Flowers.
What if my recipient is not home during delivery?
If the recipient is not home, we'll contact them or your designated person for delivery instructions. Options include leaving the flowers with a neighbor, in a secure location, Building Lobby, Security Personnel, or rescheduling for a more convenient time.
Can I request a specific delivery time for my Mother's Day order?
Unfortunately, specific delivery time requests can't be accommodated due to high order volume.
Deliveries will be grouped into morning (7:00 AM - 11:00 AM), afternoon (1:00 PM - 5:00 PM), and evening (7:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
What is your policy for order cancellations or changes for Mother's Day orders?
For cancellations or changes before May 8, we offer a full refund. However, changes or cancellations on May 9 or after can't be accommodated, as preparations would have begun. Refund processing takes up to 30 days.
