Shipping Policy
At elvysfloraldesign, we value your shopping experience and want to ensure you are well-informed about our shipping process. Please review our shipping policy below:
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Import Duties and Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are your responsibility as the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available. If you haven't received your order within 10 days of the shipping confirmation, contact us at elvys.floraldesign@gmail.com with your name and order number.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers have limitations on shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please check carrier policies for more information.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery for unused and undamaged items. For damaged items, email elvys.floraldesign@gmail.com with your order number and a photo for assistance.
