Shipping & Delivery Policy

Every order from Elvy’s Floral Design is prepared fresh and delivered with care.

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day flower delivery is available every day for orders placed by 3:00 PM Philippine Time, subject to product availability and complete delivery details.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be scheduled for the next available delivery date unless same-day service is confirmed by our team.

Delivery Areas and Fees

• Metro Manila: Free delivery
• Nearby provinces: Delivery is available to selected areas in Cavite, Bulacan, Laguna, Rizal, Pampanga and Batangas. Fees depend on the exact address and will be confirmed before delivery.

Delivery Schedule

We will do our best to follow your requested delivery date and preferred time range. Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed because of traffic, weather, road restrictions, venue policies and order volume.

For time-sensitive deliveries, please contact us before placing your order.

Recipient and Address Details

Please provide the recipient’s complete name, active phone number, full address, unit or room number and a nearby landmark when applicable.

For deliveries to condominiums, offices, hospitals, hotels, schools, chapels and memorial parks, the order may be received by an authorized representative, receptionist, security personnel or venue staff.

If delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect information or recipient unavailability, the order may be returned to our shop. A redelivery fee will apply.

Proof of Delivery

A delivery photo or recipient acknowledgement may be provided after completion when permitted by the recipient and venue.

Flower Availability

Fresh flowers naturally vary in shade, size and bloom openness. If a required flower or material becomes unavailable, our team will contact you before making a necessary substitution of equal or greater value.

Delivery Concerns

If an arrangement arrives with confirmed damage or does not match the approved order because of an error by Elvy’s Floral Design, please contact us immediately with clear photos. We will arrange an appropriate correction or replacement.
